A "culinary gem" Indian restaurant has been handed a one-star food hygiene rating after mouldy food, poppadoms covered in a bin liner, and onions stored in an alley were found in the premises. Concerns were raised after an inspector visited Cafe Zam Zam in Ross-on-Wye on March 12, and found two boxes of mouldy food, including tomatoes and lemons, and a separate mouldy pepper in a cooking pot.
