After Delaware County woman Nikki Bullock demonstrated an immense act of bravery in a now-viral video, she and her girlfriend received an outpouring of support from the community and even strangers online, writes Jenice Armstrong for The Philadelphia Inquirer. In a terrifying encounter near Philadelphia’s City Hall, Bullock was making an Uber Eats delivery when she faced off with a motorcyclist, who shattered her car’s rear window, endangering two small children inside.
