Dayton bakery owner indicted on multiple counts related to child porn Following a sentencing hearing on Thursday, Benjamin Stuckey will serve a minimum of four years and a maximum of six in prison. He will also need to register as a Tier 2 sex offender after his release. In October, Stuckey changed his plea to guilty on four counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor or impaired.

Anonymous internet phone threat prompts St. Marys Schools lockdown

SAINT MARYS, Ohio (WDTN) — A threatening phone call on Wednesday, Oct. 22, resulted in a massive law enforcement presence taking over all of Saint Marys City Schools, with multiple agencies assisting with the investigation. Around 11:48 a.m. on Oct. 22, St. Marys Schools received an anonymous call from what sounded like a man’s voice, saying they were ‘on the way to the school with an AR-15 rifle’. The caller said after shooting up the school, they would then ‘blow it up’.
