Deploy Agentic Bidding Without Sacrificing Speed: ARTF Containers with NVIDIA GPU Acceleration on AWS
AWS is building the infrastructure for programmatic advertising’s shift to agentic AI where autonomous agents plan campaigns, orchestrate models, and optimize bids across the full funnel. Today, the bidstream processes billions of decisions daily, each within milliseconds, relying on rule-based heuristics and lightweight models constrained by real-time latency budgets and CPU-only infrastructure. That constraint is ending.
Letter: Trumps health
The report that Trump's in great health should be taken with a grain of sand. Historically Presidents health problems have been hidden from the public. Roosevelt's poor state of health was shielded from the electorate, he died months after last elected. Kennedy had Addison's disease, back problems, probably celiac disease and was on a host of medications. Reagan wasn't the same after being shot. Biden's staff obviously did the work.
Letter: Ciscomani's signs
Ciscomani has huge signs everywhere. One on each corner of an intersection by us. I guess he's hoping that having signs everywhere will distract from the fact that he's been incommunicado with his constituents for years. He constantly states reasonable positions on issues but then does a 180 when it comes time to vote. We have him to thank for high gas prices, increased cost of groceries, and the actions of ICE. All due to his unwavering support for Trump's economic and foreign policies.
Letter: Failure to understand
What Loyal doesn't understand is that almost everyone is in agreement that criminals should be deported. Obama deported more than Trump has. It can be done without the chaos. It's the deportation of people who often have nothing more than traffic offenses, stopping people for how they look, detaining US citizens, separating families, etc. Texas and Florida have many more immigrants than Minnesota. TDS is real but not what he thinks it is. It's unquestioned loyalty to a cult led a narcissistic felon.
Letter: Kudos to Tucson police
I attended the anti ice protest in Tucson, the police I saw were community outreach. The Tucson police should be commended for how they handled the event. A stark contrast to ICE elsewhere. This is how police should behave, kudos to Tucson police. Craig Miller Northwest side Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star. Video Player is loading. Letter: Medical referral
Juan Ciscomani has consistently voted against health care for his constituents. He, being a member of Congress, has great health care. He should get endocrine and urology referrals for his testicular inadequacy, and a neurology consult to determine what's wrong with his spine. Letter: Trump getting into heaven
Trump stated he wants to end the war in Ukraine so he can get into heaven. His press secretary said he wasn't joking. He's the least Christian President ever. Maybe start acting like a Christian: Stop the incessant lies, it is a commandment. Start treating the most vulnerable better. Christ said "what you do to the least of my brothers you do unto me". Compassion and kindness were what Christ taught, not demonizing everyone who you don't like.
Letter: Trump capitulation
Putin owns Trump. It was disgusting to see Trump give red carpet treatment to a murderous tyrant. He invaded Ukraine and caused hundreds of thousands of deaths. Trump in ever pursuit of a deal would reward Putin with giving up Ukraine territory. Putin would've achieved his aims while conceding nothing. Not a great deal. Thank God Trump wasn't president when Pearl Harbor was attacked. He would've given Japan Hawaii in a deal. Craig Miller Northwest side Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star.
Letter: Political insider trading
I seldom agree with Hawley, Senator from Missouri, but his bill to prevent Congress, the President and Vice President from trading stocks is long since past due. They can obviously earn from book deals and speaking engagements but getting rich off inside knowledge shouldn't be allowed. One example, Marjorie Taylor Greene wealth in four years went from $700,000 to $21 million. Craig Miller Northwest side Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star. Video Player is loading.
Letter: Correct name
I know it's politically correct to ask someone how they want to be addressed. Juan Ciscomani, is your preference for spineless or invertebrate? Letter: Lacking a spine
I don't have a problem with Marjorie Taylor Greene or Lauren Boebert. They're both loons but true believers. I don't agree with his politics but Pence singlehandedly saved democracy on Jan. 6, despite unimaginable pressure from Trump. Rand Paul is consistent in his beliefs. Both are stand up people who can't be bought. Lindsey Graham in 2016 said " Trump will destroy us." JD Vance called Trump America's Hitler.

Letter: How can Trump be supported
Mr. McConnell again was extolling Trump. Some of his statements, like fiscal responsibility, are laughable. Adding 3 or more trillion dollars to the debt isn't responsible. I wonder what it would take for Trump to be unpalatable to people like Mr. McConnell. I saw a bumper sticker that said " normal people don't vote for rapists." I know it was sexual assault he was convicted of. Also on tape bragging about grabbing women by genitalia. A draft dodger, tax cheat, philanderer, and multiple bankruptcies.
Letter: Presidential fitness
Certainly in light of Biden's diagnosis of prostate cancer and questions about his mental status towards the end of his term, all candidates for President and serving Presidents should disclose their health status. This doesn't mean just a report that says the person is fit and capable of the demands of the job but a comprehensive release of a yearly physical and mental acuity exam. Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star.
Letter: Tipping
As someone who has been to 8 European countries in last couple years, why do we have to tip? These other countries pay a decent wage to servers. Tips aren't expected and service is excellent. We're asked to subsidize businesses that don't pay workers a living wage. 20% of our bill is covering the business shortcomings. It's gotten out of control. Almost every place, even Subway and other fast-food restaurants, ask you to tip. Pay your workers appropriately.
Letter: Tawdriness
For the MAGA crowd, even if you overlook the incompetence, the destruction of our alliances, the erratic tariffs that China is exploiting, the several hundred thousand unnecessary deaths due to pushing quack therapies in the pandemic and erosion of civil liberties, etc. how can you be okay with the sheer tackiness and selling of the presidency? He shows that money can't buy taste and elegance. Lies, philandering, felony for sexual assault.
Letter: Biden's mental decline
Several writers have commented that Biden had a decline mentally towards end of his term. It does appear so, however this isn't the first time it has occurred In the Presidency. Wilson suffered a stroke and Reagan was never the same after being shot. When Biden was President our economy was the envy of the world. We had inflation but not to the degree of other countries. Now we have inflation and a failing economy due to Trump's erratic tariff policies.
Letter: Legislature pay
I have a solution to the state legislators who want a raise. It will give them double per hour raise without costing anything. Cut the legislative session in half. It would make them more focused on the real issues. Less time for them to come up with wacky ideas, less time to defund the public schools and trying to overturn initiatives approved by the populace. Letter: Ciscomani needs a backbone
Ciscomani needs to grow a spine. He lied in his campaign that he was bipartisan. He barely won. Now he ducks meeting constituents put of fear of having to explain his votes. His office never responds to direct questions. Our elected officials should be responsive to the public not hiding and quaking in fear of being forced to defend their positions. Craig Miller Northwest side Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star. Video Player is loading.
Letter: Law and order disparity
So MAGA world is upset about attacks on Teslas. I don't condone violence as a form of protest, it's inexcusable. But the MAGA crowd that applauded the pardon of insurrectionists who attacked police officers and wanted to hang Mike Pence feel that a 20-year prison sentence is appropriate for torching a car. Priorities and sense of justice are seriously out of proportion. Craig Miller Northwest side Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star. Video Player is loading.
Letter: Understanding Trump
Trump has one trait that explains most of his actions. Everything is transactional. His marriage is obviously. All that matters is how he benefits. He registered as a Republican in in 1987, and since then he has changed his party affiliation 5 times. There's no coherent moral basis for his actions. He hasn't an altruistic bone in his body. He didn't understand why soldiers would sacrifice. Craig Miller Northwest side Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star. Video Player is loading.
Letter: Cutting government costs
Trump when he was first elected stated he "wouldn't have as much time to golf" as Obama. He'd be too busy governing. His first term cost taxpayers $151 million for his golfing. So far this year over $18 million. With the average income in this country being $39k, that's a lot of ordinary salaries for his diversion. it means fiscal responsibility and cutting expenses doesn't extend to him and billionaire friends.
Letter: Fentanyl deaths
In 2023 over 100,000 deaths from drug overdoses. Over 50 years ago Nixon declared the war on drugs, we had just say no, and draconian penalties for crack cocaine. Most fentanyl comes from US citizens at legal ports of entry. Maybe it's time to legalize most drugs. Deaths would probably drop due to less fentanyl added to drugs. Savings would be enormous, no need for thousands of troops that don't stem the flow. Vastly better ways to spend the money.
Letter: Falsely accusing movies
Another letter rehashing the old view that violence in this country is due to movies and television. Ive been in many European countries, they see same movies and play the same games. They don't have the consistent violence that occurs here. The Bible has more violence than most entertainment. Income disparity, poor education, and lack of mental health treatment are among the real causes. It's easier to blame entertainment than address the real causes.
Letter: Literacy
According to the Department of Education in 2020, 54% of adults lack basic literacy skills. Most Scandinavian countries have literacy rates of close to 100%. This does explain why so many people here will accept bluster and bs for answers to complex problems. Neither party seems willing to confront the problems of a populace that is uneducated, is less healthy, has a shorter life span and more chronic disease than other industrial nations.
Letter: Hurricane relief
I'm glad to see Taylor Swift gave 5 million toward hurricane relief. Instead of spreading lies, why doesn't billionaire Trump follow Swift's example and pony up some cash? Maybe some of the money from USA bibles that were made in China. Craig Miller Northwest side Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star. Video Player is loading. Letter: Trump ad
Trump is running ads saying that Harris lies alot because she says prices are still too high but also praises Bidenomics. First he is that last person on this Earth to accuse anyone of lying, he told over 30 thousand lies in office and is Incapable of having a press conference without lying. Secondly Harris is right on both aspects. Prices are still to high but inflation is down. Economists predicted that inflation couldn't be tamed without causing a recession. They were wrong.
Letter: Lies about Harris
A recent letter accused Harris of sleeping with Willie Brown while he was married What the writer either didn't know or glossed over was that Brown had been separated from his wife for over a decade at that time. As to Trump's " wild oats", it didn't occur 30 or 40 years ago but less than 20 years ago. Cheated on first wife with second, second with third, and third with porn actress and playmate. He's also a convicted sexual predator who feels he can grab women by the genitalia.
Letter: Trump on reproductive rights
Trump is now claiming he would be great for reproductive rights. I guess he's hoping that voters have amnesia over the fact his 3 Supreme Court nominees lied under oath that Roe vs. Wade was established law. Then once confirmed they overturned Roe. Best 2nd round raft picks in Los Angeles Lakers history
Every so often, the Lakers will pluck a gem from the second round of the NBA draft. What have their efforts yielded in recent vintage? By Craig Miller | 9:29 AM EDT The Los Angeles Lakers, a franchise synonymous with superstar talent and championship glory, have often made headlines with their blockbuster moves and high-profile draft picks. Every so often, though, they will pluck a gem not from the lottery but from the depths of the second round of the NBA Draft.
Letter: Trump as huckster
It amazes me that a so-called billionaire stoops to selling Christmas trees and trucks with his likeness, in full page ads in this newspaper, sneakers, and digital cards depicting him as a super hero. Is there no levels this carny won't go to in fleecing the rubes? Inconceivable that any other President would resort to such a level. Money can't buy class and integrity.. Craig Miller Northwest side Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star. Video Player is loading.
Letter: Children listening
A recent writer stated she was dismayed that Trump and Vance are described as weird. It might uoset the children. One is a convicted felon who brags about grabbing women by the genitalia, cheated on all his wives, the other dresses in drag, changed his name multiple times, etc. That classifies as weird. Her upset is disingenuous given Trump's penchant for calling everyone names. Low energy Jeb Bush, little Marco Rubio, women are horse face, shit hole countries, calling vets losers.
Letter: Trump consumate liar
It's well known that Trump and the truth have never met. What's wrong that so many people are willing to support a man who lies like he breathes? 30 k lies in office, the weirdness and insanity is increasing. It's sad that so many are in a cult and don't realize it. His most recent claim is that Harris, who went to a historic Black college and is a member of the biggest Black sorority didn't acknowledge being Black until recently. I would say he has no shame but that's been obvious for decades.
Letter: Carny in Chief
So the former President and full time huckster is taking out full page ads to sell more paraphernalia. Is there no depths that this carny won't sink to to get a buck? Makes you wonder what his real net worth is that he feels compelled to hawk such things. I can't imagine Reagan, Kennedy, or any other President being so cheap and tawdry. Craig Miller Northwest side Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star. Video Player is loading.
Letter: Ciscomani's hypocrisy on the border
Pretty much every Juan Ciscomani ad shows him railing against Washington politicians and blames Biden for immigration issues. First Juan, you are a Washington politician, maybe news to you. Secondly, a bipartisan bill on immigration that was the most comprehensive in decades was voted down because Trump wanted to run on immigration, like you. When you had the opportunity to do something about immigration you showed the backbone of a jellyfish.
Letter: Gifts to federal employees
As someone who was an ICU RN for the federal government for over 30 years we we told gifts could not exceed the $ 20 range. Clarence Thomas accepted one vacation that was valued at $500,000 from a Republican donor, among other gifts, makes a mockery of the system.Aliito has also exhibited partisan behavior. The Supreme Court used to be the most independent and respected branch of government. Their needs to be term limits and a real code of ethics.
Letter: Mexico as narco state
The reason Mexico is becoming a narco state is due to America's ravenous appetite for drugs. Majority of which are brought into this country by US citizens at legal points of entry. There have been 10 Presidents since Nixon declared the war on drugs. It has gotten progressively worse, now about 100,000 deaths a year. We've tried draconian measures enacted in the 1980s to combat the Crack epidemic, it didn't work. Big Pharma pushed oxycontin, causing many addictions, no one went to jail.
Letter: Justice system works
Despite the outrage by Republicans over Trump being put on trial and found guilty there is obviously no 2 tiered system of justice. Hunter Biden being on trial shows Biden is not using the Department of Justice for his benefit. Biden has not interfered and has promised not to pardon his son, unlike Trump who has indicated he would pardon the insurrectionists of Jan. 6th. Trump has also benefitted from Judge Cannon doing everything she can to slow walk Trump's trial to after the election.
Letter: Interstellar Supreme Court
After incessant lawsuits brought by Kari Lake, she's been slapped down in her latest quixotic quest by the Supreme Court. Is her next step to address a Star Wars like intergalactic court? There really needs to be escalating consequences for people that waste valuable court time. Craig Miller Northwest side Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star. Video Player is loading. Letter: Trump's behavior doesn't matter
Trump once boasted he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and it wouldnt matter to his base. Absolutely true that 40% of the populace doesn't care about him being a draft dodger, tax cheat , philanderer, failed businessman, sexual predator, and serial liar. I guess this speaks more to us as a country that a despicable, vile demagogue was elected once and potentially again. Craig Miller Northwest side Disclaimer: As submitted to the Arizona Daily Star. Letter: Republican party no longer exists
The Republican party no longer exists, it is solely the party of Trump. Trump is running ads proclaiming he was brought by God to save the country. Aside from this lunacy, a poll showed Republicans viewed Trump as more religious than Mike Pence or Mitt Romney, both deeply religious. They ignore that he lies daily, is a philanderer, tax cheat, draft dodger, assaults women, and formented an insurrection. Bring back the party of Lincoln and McCain, some integrity please.
Letter: How low can grifter Trump go?
So Trump is giving away parts of suit from his mug shot photo, however you have to buy 47 of his cards at $99 each. He claims it is the most important artifact in American history. Fine print states you are not guaranteed this even if you buy all 47 cards. Is there no depths this grifter won't sink to? Always looking for ways to separate the gullible from their money. Letter: Fire Robbins and Rulney
How can Robbins and Rulney still have jobs? Miscalculated by almost a quarter billion dollars? Mostly appears die to increasing administration by 69%. This obviously wasn't wise. I was an ICU RN for over 30 years. Patient to nurses ratios didn't change but administration grew exponentially. Time to cut administration, starting with the 2 monst responsible for oversight. Letter: Shady Republicans
The Republicans continue with their fixation on Hunter Biden. Despite being unable to connect Hunter to Joe in business dealing they have subpoenaed Hunter. Did he benefit from his father's name, yes as did Trump's kids. Biden was also not in office at the time they are investigating. Hunter has cooperated, something Jim Jordan didn't do when subpoenaed. Hunter asked for the hearing to be televised to prevent leaks, out of context usage, misstatements, etc.
Letter: Rushing decommitment.
I support any athlete's ability to pick where to go to school. Whether Rushing felt he had better economic opportunities or just felt it was a better fit , the statement that Arizona wasn't progressing enough hasn't aged well. I wish him well but he could have been the football equivalent of Sean Elliott, a local prospect that helped elevate the program to elite level .
