Fucoidan from Pearsonothuria graeffei alleviates dyslipidemia in ApoE −/− mice by regulating reverse cholesterol transport and promoting bile acid synthesis
Abstract Background: The fucoidan extracted from sea cucumber Pearsonothuria graeffei (Fuc-Pg) has beneficial anti-inflammatory and lipid-lowering effects, suggesting its potential anti-atherosclerotic properties. Methods: ApoE−/− mice were fed a high-fat diet (HFD) for 12 weeks. Fuc-Pg (20 mg/kg and 80 mg/kg) was administered by oral gavage once daily.

Advances and Developments in Monitoring and Inversion of the Biochemical Information of Crop Nutrients Based on Hyperspectral Technology
1. Introduction The nutrient biochemical information of a crop mainly includes pigments (chlorophyll, carotenoids, anthocyanins, etc.) and nutrients based on nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium elements [1]. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are the three essential nutrients for plant growth and development, and each performs certain physiological functions in the crop.
