P2X7R of synovial fibroblasts is a potential therapeutic target associated with refractory rheumatoid arthritis
Abstract INTRODUCTION RESULTS DISCUSSION MATERIALS AND METHODS Acknowledgments Supplementary Materials REFERENCES Information & Authors Metrics & Citations View Options References Figures Tables Media Share Abstract Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by persistent synovitis. Synovial fibroblasts (SF) are the predominant cellular components in the inflamed synovium. Recent studies have shown increased expression of P2X7 receptor (P2X7R) in RA SF.

Insights into selectivity modulation for CO2 hydrogenation over Na-NiLa(BDC) catalysts: The role of frustrated Lewis pairs
The dramatic climate changes and frequent extreme events caused by soaring concentration of CO2 call for the realization of net-zero emissions [1], [2]. The carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) strategies have been proposed to address the above problems [2], [3], [4]. The green hydrogen (H2) is produced by electrolyzing water with electricity from renewable energy sources such as light and wind [4].
Molecular and structural basis of a subfamily of PrfH rescuing both the damaged and intact ribosomes stalled in translation
Abstract In bacteria, spontaneous mRNAs degradation and ribotoxin induced RNA damage are two main biological events that lead to the stall of protein translation. The ubiquitous trans-translation system as well as several alternative rescue factors (Arfs) are responsible for rescuing the stalled ribosomes caused by truncated mRNAs that lack the stop codons. To date, protein release factor homolog (PrfH) is the only factor known to rescue the stalled ribosome damaged by ribotoxins.

Integration of metabolomics and machine learning revealed tryptophan metabolites are sensitive biomarkers of pemetrexed efficacy in non‐small cell lung cancer
1 INTRODUCTION The incidence rate of lung cancer is second only to breast cancer and is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide.1 Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) represents approximately 80% of all lung cancers.
Climate Change Will Lead to a Significant Reduction in the Global Cultivation of Panicum milliaceum
1. Introduction The factors affecting crop growth, development, and distribution have been widely discussed and studied for decades and have become an important scientific issue [1,2,3,4]. As a special plant resource, crops are closely related to human development [1,3]. Various factors, such as climate, landscape, hydrology, and soil type, influence their growth and development [2,5].
