1 Introduction Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract worldwide, with its incidence and mortality consistently ranking high on the global cancer list (Murphy and Zaki, 2024). According to the latest global cancer statistics, the annual number of new CRC cases has exceeded 1.9 million, and the number of deaths attributed to it is close to 1 million, posing a substantial global health burden (Murphy and Zaki, 2024).

1 INTRODUCTION Chemotherapy, an essential therapeutic approach for malignant tumours, frequently induces notable adverse effects, such as leukopenia, which denotes the reduction in number of white blood cells. This condition not only impairs the body's ability to repair wounds but also significantly compromises the immune response. Caring for cancer patients requires effective wound healing, as it has a direct bearing on the success of their treatments and their quality of life.
Study of the Wellbore Instability Mechanism of Shale in the Jidong Oilfield under the Action of Fluid
Abstract : Wellbore instability is the primary technical problem that restricts the low-cost drilling of long-interval horizontal wells in the shale formation of the Jidong Oilfield. Based on the evaluation of the mineral composition, structure and physicochemical properties of shale, this paper investigates the mechanical behavior and instability characteristics of shale under fluid action by combining theoretical analysis, experimental evaluation and numerical simulation.
