The woman parked her car near the corner of Fifth Avenue and East 52nd Street in Midtown Manhattan - (AP) Police and utility officials are investigating the death of a 56-year-old woman after she fell into an open maintenance hole on a busy New York City street. Donike Gocaj has parked her Mercedes-Benz SUV near the corner of Fifth Avenue and East 52nd Street in Midtown Manhattan Monday and fell into the open hole after exiting the vehicle shortly before 11.30pm, police said.
