ABSTRACT Fluoroquinolone antibiotics (FQs) are frequently detected in aquatic environments, posing potential risks to both human and ecological health. Their low removal efficiency in conventional wastewater treatment processes has increased interest in the photo-Fenton process (PFP) due to its high oxidative potential and rapid reaction rate.
