I think been a godsend for movements journalism, and also awful for journalism in how work can be sway to and fro via social media's winds.

It's to get to the essence, a distilled essence of the matter at hand.

To speak for people who's essences need to be understood more, or understood at all.

You're going to suck, a lot; it'll be okay. Power through.

What's the most common misperception about your beat?
I've done mostly music. I think the common misperception about musicians is the sometimes-perceived monolithic natures of each genre.
