ABSTRACT The increasing mineralogical complexity of modern orebodies presents significant challenges to predict flotation performance using conventional empirical models. This study introduces an integrated geometallurgical framework that combines Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Machine Learning (ML), and Particle Swarm Optimisation (PSO) to model flotation kinetics and predict floatability indices in Platinum Group Mineral (PGM)–containing ores.
