(Seriously, I’m almost ashamed to look at the screen time report on my phone.) The only solace I have in admitting that is that I know I’m not the only one. As more and more countries implemented stay-at-home orders due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Statistica reported a 21% increase in monthly social media usage.
