Located in northern Canada, the Yukon is a wedge of land surrounded by the Arctic Ocean, Alaska, the Northwest Territories and the province of British Columbia. Mention the Yukon and most people think of the Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis, the shimmering phenomenon that lights up the sky. But there are plenty more things to do in Yukon. There are strange things done beneath the Yukon’s midnight sun, sometimes in the depths of winter’s darkness, and wonderfully sublime moments, too.
