Transport Scotland refuses to release data on Oban harbour public consultation

OCHDA (Oban Community Harbour Development Association) is appealing the decision, with Transport Scotland said was ’in the public interest’. The group asked to see all the submissions made during the public consultation carried out for the Oban Harbour Revision Order (HRO). Argyll and Bute Council is proposing to run it as a municipal harbour. OCHDA also requested the date the submissions were received by Transport Scotland and the date they were passed on to Argyll & Bute Council.
