HOUSTON, TX -- Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital is proud to announce it will host a stop of the 100 Cleft Portraits Tour, a national traveling art exhibition celebrating the strength, beauty, and lived experiences of people born with cleft lip and/or palate. Launching during ACPA's National Cleft and Craniofacial Awareness Month in July, the tour will visit 12 cities across the United States through August 2026.

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center was thrilled to welcome its very first baby of the New Year, a sweet little boy named Issac. Baby Issac was born at 3:30 a.m. on 1/1/2026, delivered by Dr. Mary Jackson to his proud parents Brandy and Luke Purcell of Conroe, TX. Issac weighed 6 lbs, 13 oz.

Young patients at the Children’s Heart Institute at Children’s Memorial Hermann held an adorable photoshoot to raise awareness for heart health.

92-year-old Sedona resident hikes Sugarloaf
Don Sprenkel is a 92-year-old adventurous Sedona resident who enjoys golfing multiple times a week, exploring local restaurants, traveling, and trying new things. He is very involved in Christ Lutheran Church, his local church, and enjoys spending time with his companion Martha Townsend, another Sedona local. Don has a big family with six children, 12 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
