Central Highlands Water, Coliban Water, Goulburn Valley Water, Goulburn Murray Water, Grampians Wimmera Mallee Water, Lower Murray Water, and North East Water have officially established a collaborative framework to address future water security challenges. In a landmark move to proactively plan for and address northern Victoria’s water challenges of the future, seven regional water corporations have united to officially launch the Northern Urban Water (NUW) Accord.

Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, and Essential Energy have launched the inaugural New South Wales Distribution System Plan (DSP), taking unified approach to optimise existing network infrastructure to meet future energy needs. The DSP represents the first time the three New South Wales electricity distribution businesses have come together to develop a single, unified view of how to fully leverage and optimise the state’s existing distribution network to meet future energy needs.

The Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) has announce the appointment of a new Industry Director to its Board. Essential Energy Head of Customer, Mike Cole, our Head of Customer, on his appointment to the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) Board as an Industry Director (Energy Networks) for the next four years. Mr Cole brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience, including seven years in the Australian energy sector.
