The basketball player officially sold his Bel Air property for $32 million, Mansion Global reports. Davis, who joined the Dallas Mavericks for the 2025-2026 season and now plays for the Washington Wizards, originally listed the contemporary, European-inspired spread in August 2025 for $39.9 million.
