Medical errors leading to patient deaths include, medication errors, patient falls, healthcare-associated infections, urinary tract infections, pressure ulcers, etc. (Teng, Dai, Shyu, Wong, Chu, & Tsai, 2009).

Due to personal experiences working under various healthcare leaders, I could attest to how a stressed boss could make work and the healing environment very unpleasant and negative.
