The rapid proliferation of mobile devices (MDs), including smartphones, sensors, and wearable technology, has driven a dramatic increase in computation-intensive and real-time applications. These devices, while portable and versatile, are inherently constrained by their limited computational power and energy capacity. To overcome these limitations, MDs often offload computational tasks to the cloud.
