1 Introduction Allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) is a well-established, potentially curative therapy for patients with hematologic malignancies and disorders. Despite advances that have made HCT possible for more patients, safer, and improved long-term outcomes, HCT is underutilized with persistent access disparities [1-7]. Many patients with otherwise HCT-eligible diagnoses are never referred for HCT consult, [8-12] and a fraction of referred patients successfully reach HCT [1-4, 6].
