The imperative data-driven digital transformation in tourism and hospitality has sparked renewed scholarly and practical urgency. However, research on this prominent topic remains fragmented and limited. This study systematically reviewed and evaluated 83 articles published on Q1 SSCI-listed tourism and hospitality journals over the past decade (2015–2024) to map the current landscape and highlight research deficits.
