Trading Julius Randle and Naz Reid this offseason took away a lot of size from the Minnesota Timberwolves. Recently adding Jonathan Kuminga helped, but he is not as tall and weighs less than either of the departed frontcourt players. It would seem that the Timberwolves, while being a better team in specific facets, will be a worse rebounding team than last season. There’s a fairly good chance that won’t be the case, though.

That includes members of the reigning NBA champion New York Knicks, such as Miles McBride, Landry Shamet, Jose Alvarado, and Tyler Kolek. Another person who has taken part in the action is Josh Hart. During the men’s quarterfinal match between Alexander Zverev and Botic van de Zandschulp, Hart went into the booth to talk with announcers John McEnroe and Chris Fowler.

As long as they’re all healthy, the Minnesota Timberwolves look to have seven players who will always be in their rotation. They are the starting lineup of LaMelo Ball, Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, Jonathan Kuminga, and Rudy Gobert, as well as reserves Ayo Dosunmu and Joan Beringer. Obviously, the normal rotation on a given night will be deeper than that. Which players have the inside track to receiving regular minutes?
