I announced the release of Brown Girl Jane's new fragrance trio in April. Called "Day Past Midnight," it features three scents to rotate over the course of a day: the vanille bourbon DAWN, the cherry stiletto DARE, and the santal nectar DUSK. I have since received samples of the three and have been eagerly testing and wearing them.

In Milan, Jacques Fath presented Jasmin de Toscane, a solar novelty that will be released in July 2023, the ideal time to enjoy its summery scent. Although Elena Knezevic already devoted an article to it, I wanted to put it in the spotlight again since it is one of my favorites of the show. Jasmin de Toscane was born from a vacation memory of Rania Naim, director of the Jacques Fath brand.

German brand Wesker took part at Esxence for the first time, but in spite of the absence of new fragrances, it is worth mentioning their current ones, because the perfume market is not just about new fragrances alone. Wesker was founded in 2020. It got its sonorous, catchy name from a founder's surname, Mikey Wesker. The second co-founder's name is Christian Berta. This creative duo has five fragrances. The first fragrance in the collection is Eau de Mystique.
