My husband. He doesn't like sports, so he only rarely sees my work. I don't usually share it on Facebook & he's not on Twitter.

I have yet to get one that impressed me. Right now, most of the pitches are about NIL and I find the topic utterly boring.

What's the most common misperception about your beat?
That the teams feed the journalists while you're covering them. They may do that for men's sports, but they rarely do it in women's sports.
