Discussion Until now, there are still no non-invasive biomarkers for the diagnosis of CRC. More and more research indicated that lncRNAs might be a potent non-invasive biomarker for CRC scanning (Yang et al., 2021). Xu et al. (2020) identified that plasma lncRNA SNHG1 could be a CRC marker for diagnosis.
