However, schools often grapple with effectively addressing mental health issues. This blog explores strategies for supporting students’ mental health within educational settings. Leading as a black woman is a uniquely difficult experience. It’s a delicate dance between strength and vulnerability, assertiveness and likability, played out on a stage where societal expectations are often at odds with one’s authentic self.
