Introduction In the setting of cyanosis in the neonatal period with no evidence of a cyanotic congenital heart defect, a cardiologist should consider a diagnosis of cor triatriatum dexter (CTD). We present four cases of CTD, a rare form of congenital heart disease. Our objectives are to (1) describe the presentation of this disease, (2) demonstrate the common echocardiographic features, and (3) discuss the management of these patients.
