Statistical analysis—Study 1 The aim of this part of the analysis was to compare the patterns of growth (as measured by bodyweight) in kittens, neutered at four different age periods, with previously calculated growth standards based on sexually intact kittens. In analysis 1, the median growth trajectories for each neuter group were calculated and expressed as z-scores of the growth standards.
