Taking Love Cues From the Movies Based On Your Letter Personality Type
By Dr. Krystal White Romantic comedies or dramas have long had a reputation of creating unrealistic ideals of love. And yet, they also inspire us to try a little harder, aim a little higher, and go a little deeper in the name of love. Movies can motivate us to return our attention to our own hearts. They often invite us to take the time to reflect on how vibrant, compelling, and connected we our to our significant others, our friends, our communities, and our wider social systems.
Tapping into the Male Heart
Tapping into the Male Heart Men have been led to believe that their emotional well-being takes a back seat to other manly obligations. BY DR. KRYSTAL WHITE You tend to give more to others than you ask from them. You find yourself holding your tongue, avoiding conflict and accommodating the needs of others. You hesitate to take care of your own health, take space for yourself, or take a day off. You find yourself feeling misunderstood, run down, disengaged from the very people you serve and love.

KRYSTAL WHITE When previous colleagues or interested clients ask me why I wrote a book on self-awareness in love instead of leadership development (my chosen profession), my "old brain" automatic reaction is to cringe internally, logically defend externally, and deflate spiritually.
The Secret Strength of the Best Leaders (Hint: It's Not Above Driving More Performance)
Traditional Values Guess what's not at the top of most professional agendas? When colleagues or clients ask me why I wrote a book about self-awareness in love instead of about leadership development (my chosen profession), my “old brain” instant reaction is to cringe internally and defend myself externally.
