1 Introduction Inverted papilloma (IP) is a benign but locally aggressive sinonasal tumor characterized by the proliferation of respiratory epithelium with downward growth into the underlying stroma while maintaining an intact basement membrane [1].

INTRODUCTION Odontogenic cysts are fluid-filled, epithelial-lined cavities of dental origin with the potential to damage adjacent dentition and maxillary sinus with associated sinonasal symptomatology.1 These cysts can be developmental or inflammatory and include diverse pathologies such as odontogenic keratocysts (OKCs), dentigerous cysts, and radicular cysts among others.2-4 The standard of care has been transoral excision with extraction of involved teeth.
