A review of The Stranger
“Maman died today. Or yesterday maybe, I don't know.” These are the first lines of The Stranger, a 1942 novella by Albert Camus. Naturally, one would think this is a rather dramatic opening. However, for Meursault, this is just an inevitability in life. Everyone dies eventually. He takes two days off to do all the expected motions. Then he returns to regular life, now wearing a black tie since it is the expectation of someone mourning. But what are the expectations of someone who is mourning?

The additional $3,978 would reduce the cost of attending to $7,977.70, meaning each participant would have to pay $919.65.
E-Board reallocates Union rooms, leaves Photo Club in jeopardy
RPI Dance Club requested an additional subsidy of $1,885 to help them fund the hiring of professional show technicians for their Spring performance. In normal circumstances, the Dance Club would hold their performances in the Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center, however for the second year, they were unable to book the room. This resulted in them turning to Russell Sage College’s James L. Meader Little Theater, which comes with a host of complications compared to EMPAC.

Opinion | Water Thievery | The Polytechnic
It is 3:19 am on October 15, 2023 that I write this. I can not sleep. Coffee is lethal. I woke up at 2:47 am. My mind was abuzz with remnants of my delusional dream. All contradictory constructions, accepted as reality prior. When my reality was illogical and nonsensical, was I not insane? As the false memories receded and my consciousness prevailed, a driving thought to restore my mind to its good and normal state arose. Water is recognized to be the Holy Grail of the bedside.
