In the the trial against the suspect who is charged with killing a UCF alumnus, the judge ordered a psychiatric evaluation on the defendant on Sept. 13, according to Orange County Clerk of Courts. Keith Moses is faced with a total of 16 charges including three counts of first-degree murder with a firearm in connection to the Pine Hills shooting on Feb. 22 that killed a UCF alumnus journalist, according to court documents. The defendant is also facing the death penalty.
