Les Français piégés par la canicule 1-Les Français sont d'abord piégés parce qu'ils subissent un réchauffement climatique sur lequel leur prise est faible, très faible. Ça ne veut pas dire que leur responsabilité historique n'existe pas, elle existe, ça ne veut pas dire qu'aujourd'hui ils n'y contribuent pas au réchauffement, ils y contribuent.
