High‐Entropy Liquid Metal Process for Transparent Ultrathin p‐Type Gallium Oxide
1 Introduction Developing processes for creating new p-type transparent metal oxides is a critical step toward advancing transparent electronics. Efforts to obtain post-transition metal oxides, such as gallium (Ga), indium (In), bismuth (Bi), and tin (Sn) oxides, with the desired doping have been made. However, the challenge remains in maintaining the controlled stoichiometry of the dopants required to achieve p-type post-transition metal oxides.
