Introduction: Cuba has great potential for harnessing marine energy due to its extensive coastline and strategic location in the Caribbean. However, to date, no wave energy technologies have been developed that contribute significantly to national energy consumption, which opens up opportunities to explore solutions adapted to local conditions.

Introduction: Conventional photovoltaic systems, both fixed configurations and solar trackers based on LDR sensors, have limitations in optimally harnessing solar radiation in changing environmental contexts. The presence of variable cloud cover, dynamic shadows, and fluctuations in solar intensity can reduce energy efficiency by up to 30%, affecting the performance of these technologies in real operating conditions.
