SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — A South Dakota man was arrested for a stabbing on the Fourth of July. Sioux City Police Department (SCPD) said, in the early hours of July 4, a stabbing was reported in the 1100 block of 23rd Street. Police officers found two people with stab wounds, and they were taken to the hospital. Both victims had non-life-threatening injuries, they reported. SCPD said Marquis Riley, 18, of Brookings, South Dakota, was arrested in connection with the incident.
