CHELAN - For 11 local students, getting advanced schooling will be a bit easier thanks to the Lake Chelan Rotary Club. Numerous fundraising activities highlighted by the five event Cycle Chelan Bicycle Challenge allowed the club to award $32,000 in scholarships this year. The recipients are heading for two and four year colleges as well as enrolling in Trades and specialty training programs.
