MORSE-Face Dataset: A Multi-Distance, Occlusion-Rich, Real and Spoof Evaluation Face Dataset

Submitted: 07 October 2026 You are already at the latest version Face presentation attacks remain a challenge for face recognition under long stand-off distances, cross-device capture, and partial occlusion. We introduce the MORSE-Face dataset for controlled evaluation under these factors. Collected between January 2025 and February 2026, it includes 250 participants across 283 sessions in indoor and outdoor environments, captured using a DSLR and a smartphone at distances from 1m to 100m.
