Abstract High-resolution manometry (HRM) is the gold standard for diagnosing esophageal motility disorders. However, its short-term laboratory setting often fails to capture intermittent abnormalities. Long-term HRM (LTHRM, up to 24h) provides richer insights into swallowing behavior, but the resulting data volume is immense. Manual analysis by medical experts is laborious, time-consuming, and prone to errors, limiting its clinical feasibility.

Primary Conjunctival Rhabdomyosarcoma Presenting as an Enlarging Papillomatous Lesion in a 3-Year-Old Conjunctival masses are relatively uncommon in children. The vast majority are benign lesions of melanocytic, vascular, or choristomatous origin and occur in patients older than 5 years.1 We report a 3-year-old patient with a rapidly growing conjunctival lesion, which was clinically diagnosed as a large papilloma and resected.
