Abstract This work presents a holistic integration of environmental sustainability and enhanced sensing performance throughout the full lifecycle of magnetoresistive sensors. Utilizing industry-scale screen-printing techniques combined with eco-friendly inks (formulated from engineered Fe/Fe3O4 core-shell magnetic microparticles, bioderived polymeric binders, and water solvent), the fabrication process avoids harsh treatments and hazardous chemicals.

1 Introduction Implantable electronic devices are important clinical tools, commonly used to perform invasive electrophysiological recordings and electrical stimulation of tissues within the nervous, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal systems. The significance of these devices as targeted electroceuticals and healthcare monitoring systems is continuously increasing with the popularization of point-of-care concepts involving (bio)chemical sensing and theranostics.
