Utilizing industry-scale screen-printing techniques combined with eco-friendly inks (formulated from engineered Fe/Fe3O4 core-shell magnetic microparticles, bioderived polymeric binders, and water solvent), the fabrication process avoids harsh treatments and hazardous chemicals.
