I am a writer and wine entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. My passion for writing began in the theater, where I crafted words for the stage that centered on women and explored the humor and strangeness in everyday life. I've gone on to write about art, culture, and wine for Los Angeles Magazine, LA Weekly, Compound Butter Magazine, and others.
While in graduate school, I started my first restaurant job. I was drawn to the energy of such a fast-paced environment, the chance to work with guests, and the ever-present opportunity to learn. I took a particular interest in wine and was fortunate enough to have mentors who ushered me into a life of wine. I have worked on the floor as a sommelier, a wine director, and now a wine rep for Sacred Thirst Selections. I worked on sales strategy and company culture and have created all of the written content.
