1 Introduction Genomic medicine has revolutionized the field of clinical genetics, offering opportunities for identifying and interpreting genetic variants associated with various diseases (Brittain, Scott, and Thomas 2017). The advent of high-throughput sequencing technologies and the decreasing cost of genomic sequencing have resulted in a massive influx of genomic data in research and clinical settings (Tromans and Barwell 2022).
