MIAMI, FL — Quesadilla Kingz, a permanently parked food truck from Roberto Demarcos and business partner Kavin Artiles, is targeting a Memorial Day opening on Monday, May 25 at 5295 SW 122nd Ave, Miami, FL 33175. Demarcos told Business Debut the concept will mix Tex-Mex with Miami-style flavors in a fast-service food truck setting. What to Expect Guests can expect burritos, tacos, quesadillas, appetizers and sides from a menu designed for quick service, Demarcos told Business Debut.

JACKSONVILLE, FL — The Brunch Box, a new food trailer from Pamela Dallas, is targeting a launch between August 15 and September 1 serving Clay, Duval and surrounding counties. Dallas told Business Debut the truck will be parked at Skin Unlimited, located at 1519 Cesary Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32211, while she continues looking for a permanent service location where The Brunch Box can operate regularly between events. Food service will not take place at Skin Unlimited.

CRESTVIEW, FL — Polynesian BBQ, a new food truck from Aleki Siaki and his wife, Lisa Siaki, is targeting an early July opening serving Okaloosa County and surrounding areas, Siaki told Business Debut. The truck will focus on Polynesian island barbecue, with Siaki drawing from his Samoan background and the food he grew up eating.
