Abstract Objectives A decision-analytic model was developed to assess the Spanish healthcare system budget impact associated with increased use of Haemate-P in individuals with von Willebrand disease. Methods The model considered long-term prophylaxis and on-demand treatment with each of three von Willebrand factor (vWF) replacement products (Haemate-P, Fanhdi, and Wilate).
