Lauren Ramirez is a fourth year journalism major at Long Beach State. Before joining the Daily Forty-Niner, she began her journalism journey at the Cypress Chronicle. Ramirez enjoys writing about pop culture topics, news, opinions and campus life. Although these are some of her favorite topics to write about, Ramirez is also open to take on different story beats that may challenge her. Writing has always been more than a hobby for Ramirez, it's a lifestyle.
