Structure-properties relationship of atomically-precise silver acetylide clusters in the electroreduction of CO2 The synthesis of a library of silver acetylide cluster catalysts for the electroreduction of CO2 is described. The methodology relies on a one-step reaction between terminal alkynes and an aqueous silver ammoniacal solution, producing a library of clusters isolated via simple filtration.

Donor-Acceptor Covalent Organic Frameworks Propel Oxygen Reduction Reaction with Push-Pull Dynamics Structurally tunable covalent organic frameworks (COFs) have emerged as promising electrocatalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) due to their highly controllable functionality and porous channels. We have constructed imine-linked COFs with various functional moieties to regulate push-pull interactions, enhancing electrocatalytic ORR performance.

Porphyrin-silver acetylide cluster catalysts with dual active sites for the electrochemical reduction of CO2 A one-step synthesis of porphyrin-silver acetylide clusters from tetra alkyne-substituted porphyrin is described. The solid-state properties of three 2D-like compounds were fully characterised using XPS and XRD while their catalytic properties under CO2 electroreduction reaction conditions were assessed and their faradic efficiency quantified.
