Specialty care navigation company Lantern is entering a new era of growth. The Dallas-based company formerly known as Employer Direct Healthcare has more than doubled its workforce in the past two years—from about 330 employees to more than 800—and recently expanded its headquarters. The company also has offices in Vancouver and New York, but Dallas is home to its operations, care advocacy, product and engineering teams, and about half of the company’s leadership.
