Why did you become a journalist?
I get paid to be nosy and challenge authority, meet amazing people, see and experience astonishing things and to write for a living.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
My first published piece was in my middle school newspaper, but I skipped working for my high school paper.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Formats and revenue streams change, but the need for good journalism isn't going anywhere.

Mornings, early in the week.
