Despite the growing evidence supporting Home-based telebehavioral health (HBTBH) in improving mental health, there has not been an economic analysis comparing it to traditional In-person (IP) setting. The National Center for Telehealth and Technology recently completed a randomized controlled trial comparing the safety and efficacy of HBTBH among U.S. military personnel and Veterans with depression. We performed a trial-based economic analysis comparing HBTBH and IP care for depression.
