ACTIVE TIME 20 MINUTES TOTAL TIME 50 MINUTES MAKES 16 SQUARES 5 cups (172 g) Rice Krispies cereal 6 Tbsp. (¾ stick) unsalted butter 1 10-oz. bag marshmallows (not mini) ⅓ cup (80 g) well-stirred tahini 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup 1½ tsp. pure vanilla extract ½ tsp. kosher salt Toasted sesame seeds for topping (white, black, or a mix) Line an 8-by-8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, letting the parchment hang over two sides. Pour the cereal into a large bowl and set nearby.
